SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER - SPECIALIST FOR BRAND COMMUNICATION

full-time in our Head Office in Karlsruhe.

Your tasks include

  • Positioning the INTERFER brand on social media
  • Development of high-quality content and storytelling (employer branding, sustainability, sales, technical advice, political change)
  • Community management for professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conception, planning and implementation of photo and video campaigns
  • Implementation of SEO measures
  • Monitoring and analysing relevant KPIs and creating reports
  • Analysis of target group behaviour as well as market and competitor analyses to identify potential for the corporate strategy
  • Coordination and management of agencies, service providers and project teams for the efficient implementation of marketing and PR measures, including event management

YOU bring

  • A degree in marketing/media communications/PR or a comparable qualification
  • At least 4 years of experience in operational and strategic brand communication and in managing PR and social media activities
  • Expertise in social media and content marketing as well as target group-specific communication
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in German and English
  • Experience in photo shoots and video shoots and their editing is an advantage
  • Experienced with MS Office and specialised software
  • Initiative, creativity, structured way of working and ability to work in a team
