INTERNATIONAL ORDER PROCESSING ADMINISTRATOR

Your tasks include

  • Processing of customer orders and purchase and sales contracts
  • Opening letters of credit
  • Data maintenance of the internal ERP system
  • Scheduling goods and coordinating delivery dates with customers
  • Co-operation with our international purchasing and sales team
  • Central point of contact for customers and suppliers
  • Collaboration and coordination with the logistics, sales and purchasing departments regarding changes to delivery dates
  • Processing preliminary and final costings in the ERP system and analysing deviations

YOU bring

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a practice-orientated business degree and several years of professional experience
  • First relevant professional experience in the field of international order processing
  • Experience in using MS Office programmes
  • A strong customer orientation
  • Pleasure and confidence in dealing with complex data and a good understanding of figures
  • Strong communication skills in dealing with people and a pragmatic solution-orientation
  • A structured and precise way of working with an eye for both logical connections and details
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Interest in and enjoyment of international contexts and business
