As standard, our full-time employees have a working week of 38.5 hours from Monday to Friday. Our core hours from Monday to Thursday start at 08:30 and end at 15:00. Of course, we want to provide our customers with the best possible service. Contact persons are always available until 16:30. On Fridays, our employees can benefit from shortened core hours. This starts as usual at 08:30, but ends at 13:00. This makes it possible to start the weekend earlier on Fridays.
After the probationary period, our employees can work remotely up to three days a week. We have our INTERFER-come-together-day every Wednesday. Here we all meet in our offices. That enables a direct exchange between team members and the generation of ideas for daily challenges (and of course a coffee together). The flexible second day on site can be arranged with your department.
We rely on a competent team. That's why we constantly support our employees in their development and evaluate further training opportunities so that we can grow together.
At INTERFER, we have a six-month individual mentoring program for our new team members. You will be assigned mentors selected based on your job who will accompany you during this time. You will gain a detailed insight into who we are and what we stand for. You will get to know your team members and can take your first steps in projects and daily tasks. Regular feedback meetings allow you and us to assess the current situation and plan the next steps in your onboarding. Of course, we will also be there for you and your questions after the mentoring program has ended. For your own personal "Way of Steel".
Our probationary period is linked to the duration of the mentoring program and is based on industry standards of six months. Depending on the course of the mentoring program, a shorter period is not unusual.
